Subway in Ratingen

Don't understand the positive comments here ?! 1. staff is anything but friendly, especially the boss of the shop is extremely unfriendly! 2 Germany-wide subway campaigns are not included here. What is the point of the app then? 3. Collect points for a free sub I was also told that this is only possible via stamp and not via the app ?! I have the feeling that you are always looking for the most pleasant here and that customer orientation comes last.

As long as Subway does not comply with the animal welfare standards, this is out of the question for our family.

Subs taste very good, but the staff is not the friendliest.

Unfriendly employees, tables dirty, benches dirty ... a shame since Subway is very tasty, you should also have employees without a bad mood;)

You have to wait until the end of the cleaning, we were there at 10:12 p.m. and it closes at 11 p.m. But we had to wait until the counter was cleaned to the end and, last but not least, people were served directly without disinfecting their hands. But it still tasted good

We like going to this subway. The staff is friendly. Everything makes a clean and hygienic impression. I always eat tuna because I like this tuna cream so much :-) The cookies are also highly recommended.

Probably the boss, incredibly rude and arrogant !!! The shop is very dirty, the regulatory office should definitely have a look there. We don't visit this subway anymore, that's for sure !!

Subway Ratingen opens again on Friday, March 17th, 2020 at 12 noon !! As the protection of the health of all guests and employees is always the top priority, Subway Ratingen currently only offers the pick-up service. Simply pre-order in the restaurant or by phone and then pick it up yourself - safely and quickly. 🚗🚗🚗

Nice staff, large selection and delicious food. The only disadvantage is that there is only one trash can where you can dispose of your paper and napkins, which is often full. Still 5 stars

Really delicious. The ingredients look fresh. The choice of bread and "topping" is large. The staff unfortunately only spoke German very brokenly!

Boss very rude. The store is very dirty and no one does anything clean. Breads are hardly refilled and sauces are usually not there you want. Everywhere dirty tables and trays. Never again .
